Renault Midlum Race Truck

Race Truck was built in 2013 to provide a 10' long, 8' wide, 6' high garage for all our toys!

Garage is currently racked for surf boards, but can be easily DIY converted for quad bikes, race bikes, motorcross bikes, a small smart car, jet ski, mobile workshop for rally or racing.

Interior is luxury setup...white leather, waterproof flooring and all the mod cons like microwave, grille/oven/hob, 3 way fridge, eberspacher diesel heater, radiators, hot water storage tank, tv, radio, 220v generator, toilet, shower. Has 3 double beds to sleep 6 easy, sleeps 8-10 if needs be. 6 seat belts.

Renault Midlum donor truck has 182000km (113,000 miles), starts first turn, runs clean, smooth, strong, on the button! It does about 18-20mpg which is real miserly for a 6.5t camper! Stops well, DOE tested until March 2017, taxed as camper until March 2017 for €104. VRT paid.

Needs a C1 license to drive in Ireland...as it weights 6.5 tonne.

In weekly use, all year round, so no dead batteries!

Overall length is 8.7m, nose to tail. Overall height off ground is approx. 3.5m. Overhang over back wheels is 2m. Overall width excluding mirrors (which fold in) is 2.4m. Cost €65k to build in 2013, took 6 months to complete.
